Ms. Dana is the first intern we will host as part of our partnership with IUSB Social work dept. 🎉✨🎉 ✨ Dana K. is a dedicated student at Indiana University South Bend, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology. Her academic focus reflects a deep commitment to supporting women, children, and families facing adversity. Dana’s education has provided her with a strong foundation in empathy-driven communication and ethical service delivery, guided by the NASW Code of Ethics.
Dana is driven by a deep-seated belief that every individual deserves access to compassionate care and the opportunity to thrive. The mission of Mother’s Sanctuary especially inspires her to uplift and empower mothers through supportive, family-centered services. Dana is eager to contribute her knowledge and growing skill set in a hands-on environment where she can learn from knowledgeable team members and actively support the well-being of the community.
